Marc Seigel started his career teaching chemistry in 2000 at a Magnet School in New Jersey. Fourteen years and a few role changes later, he is in his fourth year using the Flipped Classroom model of instruction in the Chemistry classroom. Marc has spoken at several conferences including EdcampPhilly, Edcamp Leadership, the NJSTA conference and the 2012 & 2013 Flipped Classroom Conferencse. He has run workshops on “flipping” in PA, NY and NH, and enjoys collaborating with teachers and administrators from all disciplines. In his “free time”, he enjoys participating in outdoor activities with his 2 sons and cheering at his wife’s running events.
