Mark Moser has been teaching in Prince George's County for 9 years as a Special Education Teacher. During that time, he has taken a particular interest in technology and ways to implement it in the classroom to increase student achievement and staff effectiveness. He believes that as educators, we must meet students where they are, and that means understanding how great a role that technology plays in their lives and capitalizing on their second natures.
